"Ant Agile Sofos (On the Agile Couch)" is the first Agile themed lithuanian podcast diving deeper into agility and methodology of agile. Co-founders of this podcast are 3 workingAgile Coaches and Agile Practitioners that has collected various experience from their workfields.
On the Agile Couch team provides agile trainings and consulting in various topics. We can help the ones that are just starting their journey or more experienced individuals and companies. We can help to make your working environment more efficient and apply agile principles to reach better results (outcomes). More information can be found in "Services" menu.
During our podcasts we do explore different angles of agility between ourselves or our guest speakers. Here we discuss and share our knowledge as well as practical eperience, inspiring others, and promote more organisations to select agile. While selecting agile does not mean a lot - we do promote correct and successfull agility adoption in every organisation. Our goal - to help agility adoption bring as much as possible benefits for organisations in Lithuania.

Gražvydas has more then 9 years of experience while working within different Agile methods from small startups up to global enterprises. As well he used to work as consultant, lector, IT project manager, team manager.
Simas over the last 9 years collected invaluable Agile experience while working in global enterprises as well as small organisations as agile coach, scrum master and product owner. Simas is a lector, trainer, professional and agile coach, leader.
Andrius started his Agile experience and philosophy while working as a Mainframe developer. All the experience related to Agile he got while working in different companies and currently he is actively using his knowledge for more than 7 years while consulting and training others.
